What Is Preferred Health "Best Benefits" Plan?
A. Best Benefits plan provides alternative, non-insurance healthcare solution that include savings from Physicians, Hospitals, Medical Facilities (Labs), Dentists, Prescription Drugs, Vision Care, Chiropractors, Hearing Care and etc., for you and your family members.

Discount savings will range from 5% to 60% depending on the services you receive.
 
Q. How Soon Can I Start Using The Plan And Start Savings?
A. You can start using your plan as soon as your membership kit and card arrives. Your membership kit including your card will be mailed to you within approximately two weeks from your enrollment date.

Q. Do I Have To Change Doctors, Dentists Or Pharmacies?
A. Check to see if your provider is in the Best Benefits plan network. If they are, you simply show your card to start saving money. If your provider is not in the Best Benefit plan network of authorized providers, you can both call the toll free number on the back of your membership card and refer your provider or you can choose another provider. There are over 350,000 physicians in USA providers network, so it can be easy to find a provider in your area. No referrals are required in order to see any participating specialist.

Q. Can Other Family Members In My Household Use My Best Benefits Plan?
A. Yes. Anyone in your family who resides at your address can automatically receive savings with your plan. No additional card will be issued. Simply give your card to other family members to use.

Q. Is There Any Long Term Contract Involved With My Best Benefits Plan Membership?
A. No. Members can cancel their Best Benefits plan membership at anytime upon written notice or by calling customer service.

Q. I Have Medical Coverage. How Does The Best Benefits Plan Work With My Coverage?
A. Because Best Benefits plan is not insurance it can be used to reduce expenses for any portions of your healthcare services not covered by your coverage. Many Best Benefits plan members who have medical coverage, but do not have out-patient coverage, dental, prescription drug coverage or chiropractic care use Best Benefits plan to help reduce these expenses. You are responsible to pay the reduced fee at the time service is rendered. Best Benefits plan does not pay or reimburse you for health care expenses.

Q. Could My Company Use Preferred Health "Best Benefits" Plan?
A. Yes, By All Means. Many businesses large and small currently use Best Benefits plan to Off-Set Costs for services not covered by existing benefit coverage.
